I was homeless and Carlos Bolaines said He would help Me, but He failed to keep Me informed with anything. He called me once and that was that last time I spoke to Him. He gave me his business card and told me to text him if I had questions, I had many and he stop responding. I never received the help, I text him again asking if he can explain and well he never responded once again. He Failed as a Advocate, he failed to keep me up dated. If we called his phone to leave a message. Well it was not excepting messages every single time. Now all I want to know is why I couldn't receive the help I desperately needed. So this is why I gave It a 1 star

I am being nice to give them 2 stars. I can not believe Mexican Consulate led me to Centro de la Familia to have them help me with certain things. This place is a joke, respectfully. They had me come in to fill out paper work, then I gave them a check to process paperwork. From May to September they did nothing; they did not call me back nor did they process my paperwork. I called them and I showed up at the office to so they could tell me what was going on with my case and they just could not give me an answer. One of the lady's at the front desk told me that the person I needed to speak with was about to leave for the day and so I had to call him another day. Well, he was still there and did not even talked to me or anything. This lady gave me his business card and she said he would call me. Of course, that never happened. I am still waiting. I decided to cancel that check and just do this process on my own. I feel bad for those people who are actually in need of this kind of help. It frustrating to keep waiting on something thag was never going to happen, or someone who was never going to do anything.

I talked to the lady when they were about to close the lady told me they had a certain size diaper that I was looking for so I go in the morning way before they even open all of a sudden they don't have that side no they gatekeeping to give them to someone else
