I'd give this place zero stars if I could, make me go through the whole process of calling 211 to use them as a referral, just to tell me sent the records to them so I had to call 211 again, just to be told I was going to be put on a 2 month waiting list when I EXPLICITLY said that me and my family were homeless, they obviously don't care cause they have a roof over their heads!!

I personally and for other people out there that need help would like to understand why this place is allowed to even to be open. They tell you that if you were referred by somebody else that you should have been referred to someplace else. Or is it just a general state of the mindset of the people that live here in State College. They don't want anything of the sort that has anything to do with being homeless or helping somebody that is in dire need of basic needs. Grossly pathetic and inhumane are only the tip of the iceberg that comes to mind when speaking about places like this.
