We are out of options and its extremely cold. This is what happens when you treat people that way. I was controlling because she asked me to because she is special needs and has Catatonia which she needs me there for 24/7. You guys traumatized her with those meetings trying to convince her to leave me. You forced her back on the streets. A girl that is special needs and has Catatonia. I could go on and on but who cares. We hope you've changed some since then.

I Would Give This Lovely Location 10 Stars if I could.. They Have Welcomed My family And I With Open Arms. They Have Helped Us With So Much Resources. They Provided Lovely Accommodation For My Family And I. They Made Us Feel Very Safe In A Lovely Clean Space..I Appreciate Each Every Help They Gave Us..Also The Staff Is So So Lovely, Very Respectable , Very Kind..all In All I Am So Thankful For This Place..Truly Helped Me And My Family Begin Our Fresh Start..

I'd give this place zero stars if I could, make me go through the whole process of calling 211 to use them as a referral, just to tell me sent the records to them so I had to call 211 again, just to be told I was going to be put on a 2 month waiting list when I EXPLICITLY said that me and my family were homeless, they obviously don't care cause they have a roof over their heads!!
