I called them in a time of need. Pouring my soul out. And they pretend like they give a crap when they could care less. I was told I could be put in the waiting list. No one called and if they did they didn’t leave a message. So Nancy decides to call freelance in Newburgh. Piece of crap place!! They don’t help with NOTHING!! I’m in the hospital from passing out on their property and they tell me I must walk home instead of someone coming to get me when they got 2 vans in the driveway. This place sucks and should be shut down. A battered woman has more chances at helping herself than messing with these sorry people!!!

Not helpful at all...I'm an OG here and one of their counselors, Judith back when they were still called RFS, has interrogated me about the sexual abuse that I went through right in front of my mother...made me very uncomfortable, anxious and scared. To this day, not much has changed. Very little to no help to victims, sadly.
