Really disappointed- my case worker Yvonne hasn’t responded to any of my 4+ voicemails. I ended up having to do my interview with the detective alone without a VA present which is the whole point of their job I thought. I’ve been let down & feel highly disappointed.

Just ask, see how much anyone actually cares??

I've called for resources several times and they never return a call back. I needed a support group a few years back after receiving several recommendations, and whenever I called in I was just told that there were no groups available and then wasn't offered any other options.
