I've reached out to this office for over 3 weeks to see if I could get my son in for therapy. They stated they did not accept private insurance but you had to apply for some type of "Adams grant" and forwarded me to Sarah. They said she was on the phone when I called so they sent me to her voicemail. I left a message. I heard nothing for a week. I walked in to see if I could pick up application and they once again wanted to forward me to Sarah. But she was out of the office. So they took my name and number at the front desk. Another week went by and nothing. Over the next week I called every single day and left a voicemail and absolutely no one will call me back. So apparently you only get child advocacy if you are on medicaid.

It’s clear they are dedicated to their clients!
