Thank you, Martha and Catholic Charities of Idaho, for guiding us through a smooth and positive process toward citizenship. Martha was very knowledgeable and helped us clearly understand each step. We truly appreciate her support and highly recommend their services!

I have never been demeaned and degraded to the point where I got off the phone and cried in my life until I spoke to the representative through this organization. Every single thing I said, she was very vocal and judging me. She didn’t offer any help and just repetitively demeaned me on the phone to the point where I hung up on her. This was the worst experience of my life. I have never asked for help in my life and then when I do, I am talk down to you by the woman in charge of this operation. I cannot believe the way that I was spoken to in such a degrading Manor in the worst time of my life. I would rather go hungry and sleep next to the street then be talked to like that. I don’t understand how a person in good conscience can kick somebody when they’re down.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I would elaborate, but the woman I saw doesn’t care about me or my experiences now any more than she did then. I am traumatized.
