SAVE YOUR TIME, YOU WONT GET A REPLY AT ALL! THEY SUCK! They never answer the phone. There's never anyone to talk to for help. countless voicemails. and applications sent in. nothing. people are always recommending this place just as a quick "get out of my face" but in reality... no one answers and no one cares. been calling and reaching out for over 2 months. worst place to deal with. i can't go in person because i have no transportation. I lost my job and can't pay rent but they don't care. they go home to their families after getting paid to ignore people. some service center they are ... It'll just send you to voicemail constantly no matter what numbers you press or how early or late you call. EDIT: you've replied to me with your website after this review and again- i called the number and left countless voicemails. i get the excuse of "high call volume and so many people we are helping" but i've emailed, called, and left voice messages for 2 MONTHS! theres no way you can't give a response back in that time frame but have time to reply to google reviews so you dont look bad. ill continue to let everyone know to not bother with you guys. im currently facing eviction now because everyone refuses to help. funny you can reply to a google review but not to anything information i have left.... i contact you guys at different times of the day and im met with the same fate each time. so my review still remains. no one is there to get in contact with. no one is helping. THIS PLACE DOES NOT HELP!

Great! I had counseling from there after losing my job. I only paid $10 per a full hour of counseling with Tanner. Great counseling and help all around!!
