Though they have changed their hours and the days open ,still a blessing

Went for assistance with food at 9am and they weren't taking anymore walk-ins and it's a week later and have yet to be able to make an appointment through their website

Called due to immenient homelessness. No callback got a PDF email for apartments. Not helpful since I am currently working part time and dont make enough to qualify to rent at current rates

Horrible Customer Service I walked into the main office at 4:28pm attempting to drop my resume off for a possible internship opportunity as I had heard good things about Catholic Charities and what they do for the community. The lady at the front desk looks at me and says "We close at 4:30, what do you need?" I politely told her that I was a student and wanted to drop my resume off or get the name and phone number of someone that could speak to me about an internship. The lady says "I don't know who you need to speak with but we close at 4:30pm." The lady was very rude and unfriendly, maybe she was just having a bad day but for a place affiliated with the "Catholic Diocese of Orlando", I expected more.

I've had a terrible experience with Catholic Charities of Central Florida legal services. My niece has an exclusion/deportation hearing in immigration court coming up in April. We filled out the online form requesting a phone appointment as instructed on Feb. 25, expecting the promised call back within 48 business day hours. No call came during the next couple of weeks. Then we started calling them. But the phone number is apparently set up to go directly to messages. We've left at least three and by today, March 19, have still not been contacted. If staffing is so low that you can't get back to people, it would be helpful if you changed the text on your website and voice mails! Now at this late date, we are looking around for other options,
