Yes I ain't got a hold of the Catholic charity to help me with my rent. Because I had a financial mishap. But no they want to put you through a program to see if there's some way better you can do your finances to pay your own rent.
They're not here to help anyone that's for sure just keep taking the money from everybody else it's not like I've been going there every month those are the ones you put through a program it's a waste of your time.

What's the point of having a phone system if you never call your clients back. I have a neighbor who uses you as well she said she calls and Everytime they never call back and the same for me what's the point communication should not be punished by repayepees I have OCD yes I do send a lot of emails but what happened to two business days now that is essentially gone as well I'm glad I will be switching to a new payee I do not recommend them what so ever

2 am in morning pouring rain tired and just needed place to sleep. Called to check and see if there was available space and Karla said even with police referral she would not allow a check in-because I would’ve had to have been there between 7 and 9. I wasn’t even close to La Crosse at that time. Maybe not such a big deal but wanting to know my name before telling me they’re was space available but then refusing? Even with police referral?? I don’t utilize this space on a weekly or even monthly basis! Tired and pouring rain make the roads even more dangerous. What gives catholic charities WHAT GIVES
Highly disappointed and just another reminder of why La Crosse is a failing community in my opinion. The whole city from driving any road, shopping and common decency is just failing to even meet a minimum standard. Sad
