Birth Roots

I can't recommend the classes through Birth Roots enough. It has been a wonderful addition to our parenting journey and has helped immensely as first time parents. From the preparing classes to Buds, we have developed wonderful friendships and learned so much to help raise our baby.

Hubby and I signed up for the wrong class, ended up being a wonderful experience! Through the instructor-led discussions and exercises, my husband and I gained a whole new perspective on the birthing process. There were conversations we had, that we couldn't have possibly known to have, without this class. Books and podcasts can only do so much. It brought us closer as a couple. We ended the class series feeling even more confident and excited for the next chapter as parents-to-be. It was great to connect with the other parents who are going through the same stage as you are. I would recommend this class in a heartbeat!

Jess in the Birth series class was amazing. So gentle, but extremely confident and knowledgable. She was able to take a very vulnerable topic and make everyone feel much more comfortable about the time around giving birth. For most this will be the first time seeing someone give birth, so having as much knowledge and repitition beforehand eased my wife and I's worries. I can't recommend this class enough.
