Birth Roots helped me navigate going from 1 to 3 children. I brought home twins when my daughter was 18 months old and their class for moms of two or more children saved me. The women I met in that class are MY people. Birth Roots introduces you to your mom friends for life.

Even though Maine’s hospitals do a great job at providing classes for pre- and post-birth classes, I love the community philosophy and best practices of Birth Roots. Families are supported both by the Birth Roots staff and the families they are grouped together. Families enjoy their journeys together with members of their communities. It’s so genuine!

I participated in Birth Roots buds classes with all of my three babies and found my people there. I'm grateful to Birth Roots staff for creating such an inclusive environment--and I'm grateful to the families that I met through these classes. What a magical place. The things my husband and I learned at Birth Roots completely changed how we approached becoming parents, all for the better. As if that wasn't enough, I met some of my dearest friends there, all part of a community with kids the same age, all of us sharing similar experiences in a safe, warm, welcoming place. Birth Roots is an incredible place! They have amazing classes pre and postnatal. They create such a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. I tell every new or expectant parent about them!
