It's liveable. Kinda quiet, noisy at times. It's like any other sec 8 place. Keep it clean, spray for bugs yourself, lock your stuff up. A place to get on your feet or just chill. Nice building, good parking, roomy place.

I lived here for a few months . I was "iffy" on moving here based on what I've heard from the past . But there's new management and they made HUGE IMPROVEMENTS. they fixed all the washers and dryers , redid all the floors hallway walls and floors . It's much cleaner ! Although there's still some roaches but they do have exterminators come out every month. I feel very safe here . It's nothing like I was told from the past

One of the worst place to live. I was one of the few people that actually worked when i lived there. I came home from work to have my one son physically assulted twice to only have the security guard tell me the parents of the other kid that started the fight were notified and so was the management.He told not to expect anything to happen because there were several complaints against them but they were friends with management. I constantly complained about the neighbors that would have their music up so loud it shook my apartment and this was in the middle of the week not to mention all the drugs there. I ran from that God forsaking place won't recommend it to my worst enemy.

Bed bugs, roaches, trash in the halls, mold, and daily disturbances of peace. The pest exterminator never comes on scheduled dates, and does a poor job. Needs to be replaced by someone who can actually do their job. Do not stay here under ANY circumstances.

The Beech wood is in a transition phase. The place is not perfect but is livable, spacious and with the new gate, Constable here at night and security cameras every where I feel pretty safe. There is a no noise policy after a certain time and a lot of people go outside to socialize. It can get noisy at times but its mostly children playing. There are a lot of children in the building and many WORKING families just trying to get on their feet. Many of the trouble makers were kicked out and the building is slowly getting together. The mold issue has been handled and the pest issue is a work in progress but I haven't seen many since moving in. If you are a hard working family that just needs a stepping stone, do not let the negative reviews scare you away. We need more good people in this building!
