I called Artemis even going through DV and they have helped me with so many resources and have been immensely supportive. There advocates are amazing and doing Gods work!!! Thank you Artemis for everything!!!!

This Organization is simply amazing and I’ll be forever grateful for how they helped my mother get through a very difficult situation. With that being said, the lawyers that take the cases pro bono are only doing it to look good. They give you lots of reassurance that everything is going to be OK and then everything goes wrong. They tell you that they’re doing their job but they don’t submit evidence that helps you, they discontinue to reassure you of all the things you’re trying to get to and then don’t follow through. Over the past couple of years I had a few employees at Artemis violate my client rights. When I attempted to resolve the issues, I was ultimately ignored after the employee or the director initially apologized and told me the issues would be addressed. I filed a formal grievance with the agency as they restricted access to l services after I advocated myself. The director took the grievance and told me I would hear back in a couple of weeks and I still have not talked to anyone from the agency. This was over a month ago.
