My daughter has received assistance from this agency in the past, they were so helpful without any issues. Because of this awesome experience I recommend my sister to call because she's a single mother but when she called she was told they couldn't assist her. I'm in disbelief. This saddens me after I was ranting and raving how great this agency is.
