Forever grateful for this place. We just needed a roof over our head and warm shower. But apparently they had so many doors open for people who were in a similar situation as me… I didn’t know until a month in of living here, that they had access so many doors and opportunities for us…. Wish they told us sooner to get things done sooner instead of threats getting kicked out last minute… otherwise thank you so much Alexandra’s house for everything you helped with

I had an experience with Alexandra House about 6 months ago. I just noticed all their negative reviews and since I had a good experience I thought I'd share. The advocate I had was incredibly kind and helpful. She helped me through the process of getting an OFP as well as helping me get a free laywer service for the court date. I have a friend who was also helped a lot by them and I would recommend the service. I honestly would have had no clue how to navigate the legal system without them.

They empower people, help them realize their worth, provide a safe space, nourishing food, advocate & direct to the right path. Shout out to Camille! This review is based on feedback from other people.
