About This Service
ACCORD Corporation is a grant-funded Community Action Agency, and was established to fight poverty in Allegany County, NY and surrounding counties by providing essential services to low-income individuals and families necessary to achieve self-sufficiency and economic security.

Housing facility not up to New York state code, poor housing management, disrespectful to tenants , doesn't properly screen tenants, doesn't address tenant concerns / Complaints, doesn't enforce no smoking or pot use in the building . The list goes on...
