Having experienced a miscarriage a few months ago, I called in to book an appointment today at the women’s care center, to check if my current pregnancy was doing okay because was experiencing some anxiety of what if there’s something wrong with this pregnancy too and they were so friendly on the phone. They arranged to have me over in few hours and the reception I received was so warm and welcoming. They provide so much help and support for free! I got to have my first ultrasound, got to see and hear my baby’s heartbeat in such a calm atmosphere, I’ll recommend this place any day, anytime. They truly care and they listen. Thank you Valerie. It felt so safe being there. God bless them

I’ve been going to Women’s Care Center for about 3 years now. Every single time I come here I am filled with an abundance of love and good energy. This time around I met my lovely Melissa. She is the sweetest most loving person ever!! Since the moment we met we instantly clicked. Not only was she just the realest person to talk to she just had a kindness and energy that was unmatched. We talked for almost two hours and completely forgot we were supposed to be doing a pregnancy test instead of talking as much, but we don’t regret a thing!! We need to get Melissa a raise! I really love her she’s the best!!! Everyone here is so sweet and really compassionate you can tell they all love what they do.

I came in today to grab pull-ups and wipes for my toddler. But, of course, they have not had any in her size, because their inventory is donation-based. So, I dealt with a very rude and kind of condescending person name 'Melissa'. She spoke to me as if I were not knowledgeable. She was whispering about me to her coworkers lying on me, when she was in fact in the wrong. I honestly felt like she presented to me as if she were being a passive-racist. Of course the staff I talked to defended her by saying she's not racist. It is truly a shame they don't have a superior in-building that you can report a grievance too. The whole interaction with Melissa was truly unprofessional, on her end, and she needs a reality check. When people try to sit high and might on their high-horses, God will surely snatch them down back to reality! I absolutely won't be making another trip to this location! I'll buy my own daughters pull-ups and wipes if that means I won't deal with people like Melissa.
