I’m writing to express my concerns about the homeless prevention outreach program, specifically regarding Rachel, Kyna, and Laddaren. I’ve been promised housing and financial support, but when my team and I have tried to coordinate meetings, it seems like no one shows up, or when they say they will be there, they don’t pick up the phone. It’s also frustrating that they don’t seem to make an effort to make the meetings happen, which is crucial for us to understand the services they offer. I’m facing homelessness in February, and this situation is serious and affecting my health and well-being. It’s disheartening to see Laddaren dismiss my concerns. I’m sticking to my original statement and will be seeking assistance with reporting Pathfinders from other sources, as I feel the company is not being truthful and is condescending. If Pathfinders cannot provide the services I need, they should be honest and refer me to another company. I deserve to be treated with respect, dignity, and kindness, as someone’s daughter, friend, and loved one. Lastly, I’ve spoken to the director Tricia and I still feel my concerns are not being apprehended, therefore I’m left to make the public know be made aware and inform other sources.

Bad customer service, you will talk to one worker that will tell you one thing then another that will act clueless! They tell you come at a time for intake then at the time tell you to come or call back later to see if they have room after already giving u hopes of having things figured out!
