Says they are open until 5:00pm, I scheduled an appointment at 3:00pm and when I show up it was closed and I wasn’t the only one there knocking on the door waiting for an answer. Completely unprofessional.

I dropped off some donations and was very happy to meet such kind people! I will definitely be back to volunteer!

Came in to possibly volunteer my time today. Faye was extremely judgmental and I wish I’d have left sooner. The staff aren’t consistently there for their business hours and the facility was extremely messy and unorganized. I was supposed to meet for an interview yesterday and no one was there. I called twice and left voicemails and was not called back, I just showed up today for a disappointing “interview” with not a single apology for wasting my time yesterday.
