This establishment does not offer birth control, IUDs, or abortion. They are also not covered by HIPAA.

If I could give 0 stars, I truly would. This place is an abomination. I went here during a miscarriage, and was turned away from receiving a much-needed ultrasound because my pregnancy test at that point was coming back negative. My mom did was worried I had cysts on my ovaries or that I had an infection from the miscarriage, and did everything possible to get me a scan. They were RUDE and dismissive and forced us to have to go to the ER and wait 6 hours to get a scan to confirm the pregnancy loss.. that I could have gotten in 15 minutes at this place. Even if I hadn't been miscarrying, anyone who knows anything about pregnancy knows that false negatives in the 1st trimester are very common, and often an ultrasound is done and the baby is perfectly fine and it's viable. I personally know multiple women this happened to, and have an aunt who is a labor and delivery nurse, and got false negatives with her doctor. I am traumatized for life, because of this place, and WOULD never recommend them or use them again, for future pregnancies I hope to have. There are not qualified medical professionals & I also found proof that they failed to diagnose an ectopic pregnancy once, and the woman died as a result. If this isn't a case in point, I don't know what is. Go to a women's medical clinic, or to a medical prenatal imaging place that is private, and pay for a scan. Don't waste your time confirming anything here, when you could just see a midwife at Summa that takes your insurance instead, or has additional ways of verifying the pregnancy besides cheap pregnancy tests you can buy from Walmart and take at home lol. This isn't even mentioning the info and reviews I've found accusing them of misreading ultrasounds, and not being able to tell the difference between a 12-wk. scan and a 20- wk one. there is a HUGE difference between being in the end of the 1st trimester, and halfway through your pregnancy. That blows my mind that even happened. If you can't even accurately calculate someone's due date, or accurately confirm how far along a pregnancy is, you SHOULD NOT be performing prenatal scans. Please RUN from this joke of a clinic and literally go anywhere else. There are multiple other clinics in Akron better than this one, who are actually qualified to treat you, and wonderful midwives who are willing to help you and order an early scan with a doctor even, if need be.

This facility has the most kind and genuine people. I am very thankful for Lydia and Ashley for helping me navigate my first pregnancy and first loss.
