Lexi Faith rated 5 3 weeks ago I had such an amazing experience here. The staff were so caring and really made me feel supported during this scary time. I'm incredibly grateful I stumbled upon this place while looking for care. Truly a blessing. |

Macaiyla rated 5 8 months ago What a wonderful group of individuals. They have so many resources and truly seem to enjoy the work that they do. No attitudes or anything to make you feel like you are unwelcome. If you're lost getting here, it is past the taco bell (don't turn into that parking lot at all or you'll get confused). When you pass the taco bell just keep taking that straight road down. When you get to the stop sign, just take a right and there should be a small sign that points to the clinic. Not the best location but I genuinely think it is due to wanting to be discreet and safe for patients who may not want people to see what they're doing/where they're going. It makes sense.
I had to come in for an ultrasound since my OBGYN could no longer accept my insurance until November. It is free of charge here which is unbelievable to me. I was recommended to come here from someone at St.Lukes Hospital of Kansas City. I wish more clinics could be like this one and understand the importance of pregnancy/visits especially for new moms. I also want to emphasize that this clinic is extremely safe and if you're going through something with your partner or anyone during your pregnancy, this is a place I would highly recommend you go to. Nothing about it is sketchy or "low end" in any way. It is clean, full of resources, the machines are up to date, they have monitors, and literally everything you would find at your regular OBGYN. In fact, their clinic is even cleaner than some of the OBG offices I've been to. I promise you they are a fantastic group of people. Normally any office I visit will treat me like a number and just be fast about getting me in and out. Well not here. They take their time, ask questions, and are positive individuals.
Side note: I had an ectopic pregnancy a few months ago and I am now a high risk pregnancy patient. However, almost every OBGYN I called into was busy for a minimum of 2 months and wouldn't see me. My ectopic happened at 5 weeks 3 days (I had a ruptured tube and had to have surgery) so it has been extremely disheartening for clinics and offices to dismiss me when I just want to make sure I'm not dying. This is the only clinic that offered to see me at 5 weeks and make sure I was ok. I ended up going to the ER as my symptoms were bothering me to where I couldn't wait any longer. But this clinic was going to take me in at 5 weeks and I was beyond grateful to hear that.
Thank you all for your fantastic help and positive attitudes. Seriously I hope you all realize that you going the extra mile to help women means the world to so many people. Please take care of yourselves as well and have a great life because you deserve it. |
Yu Hu rated 5 10 months ago After I lived in the United States for 8 years with 2 boys, age 7 and 5 at that moment, I was super excited to accept that both of my boys reached school age, so I could start to get more education in the US, to work, to establish a career etc… As a first generation of an immigrant here, I found those elements are very important for my personal growth and also my family’s prosperity. I was so ready for a new life style. Then, the reality surprised me with a third pregnancy, at that moment I was worried, nervous, confused, anxious, tons, tons questions stated to pop up in my head, I searched for help, then found parkville women’s clinic, when I first stepped in the facility, I was welcomed by warm staffs, I was offered a free pregnancy test, free ultrasound, also been offered a lot of information about their supporting programs. After the visit that day, I already felt much more confidence to overcome the upcoming challenges.
My 3rd baby was born in January 2022, she is the brightest and the most active girl I’ve ever seen, thanks to Parkville Women’s Clinic, now, I’m a certified full spectrum birth support person, they helped me and supported me , so I could go this far, very grateful towards the staffs there and the services they provide for the community. |
Elizabeth Bluhm rated 5 a year ago Finding out we were possibly having another baby was a big surprise, we were told about Parkville Women’s Clinic being a great resource and at the time I wasn’t established with an OBGYN so it was going to be a while before I could get in to confirm the pregnancy and have an ultrasound. They got me in with them, no need for insurance or out of pocket cost to me, they gave tons of resources, information, set me up with prenatal vitamins, asked me judgement free about birth control and plans for this baby and then helped me get on their program that sends a little weekly lesson tied to pregnancy/delivery/parenting and when I completed them, I got to pick up either a pack of diapers and wipes or an outfit or two or blankets etc. to help us prepare for our baby girl’s arrival. They legitimately cared about me and our family, they offer basic health care and resources to meet real needs and they bring dignity to women in the process with true love and kindness through practical need-meeting and I couldn’t rave about them enough, I highly recommend them! |
