They made me an appointment and waited for an hour just to be told no sonogram. Unkind and unprofessional staff!! Casting doubt on young ladies expecting. The only reason for the high reviews is they make you give the reviews before giving you the bags of stuff. Ungodly

The process that they have for speaking to the client before testing and sonogram is so wrong. They take the patient away into a private room for at least and hour , leaving her loved ones who brought her in the lobby to wonder if all is ok. They are attempting some type of "brain washing" by the one lady who talks to the client EVERY TIME! They are attempting to get you to adopt your baby to them or their sponsors, which is sneaky and manipulative. They make the supporting family feel as though they are an outcast or unwanted. Just completely rude. Not to mention the fact that they use very poor communication and do not prepare you for this almost two hour long drilling of a pregnant woman in a very vulnerable time. I do not recommend donating here , nor using their service.

The staff here was wonderful. The nurse took the time to answer my questions, helped me feel at ease, and treated me with respect. I truly appreciated not feeling judged when talking through my options. Highly recommend.
