My husband and I attended their free birth classes this Saturday. There was a labor, breastfeeding, post-partum, and newborn care class. It was very professional but also fun and friendly. They had a lactation consultant come in from Longview Regional to do the breastfeeding class and she was REALLY good. She explained everything really well without ever making me or my husband feel uncomfortable or awkward. I left feeling a lot more confident in my birth and my abilities to care for my new baby. They offered a lot of tips for the birth partner to help during labor too. I definitely recommend bringing whoever will be with you during your birth to the classes. With each class they brought out new goodie bags and gifts to help us prepare for our little one. These weren't the classic samples that you usually get either. We got full sized Burt's Bees shampoo, a swaddle, burp cloth, lotion, wash cloths, baby towel, nursing/car seat cover, and way more. At the end of the classes they showed us their baby boutique and let us spend points we had earned just from attending the classes. We got diapers, clothes, swaddles, and wipes. AND after all that, they gave us a $75 gift card to Walmart to help get whatever else we need (I think they usually give the choice of a stroller, car seat, or pack 'n play). I highly recommend their classes and any other resources they offer!
