Everyone was nice the doctor listen to me and address everything

So my husband wasn’t feeling good he’s been coughing up blood almost everyday and the doctor couldn’t find anything wrong with him. The doctor only gave my husband pills and left.

Friendly staff but can't get them to sign and fax paper work for my disabled son to continue receiving his medical supplies. His order was suspended for this month because they failed to do so. We were contacted by the medical supplier that they never received the signed paper work so we called Wellness Pointe and they said that they would take care of it. Now we just received a letter saying the order was suspended because the paper work was never received. We are new to this clinic and never had an issue with his previous doctor. We were excited at first because they are so friendly but we are needing a Doctor's signature a lot of times in order to get supplies and equipment for my son, so if this is a regular thing we will have to look for a new doctor which is a shame because otherwise they are great.
