Being in healthcare I realize I have come to have a higher expectation from medical staff. From Rhonda assisting me with setting an appointment to Dr Tindall who quite obviously has a calling for medicine to Nurse Practitioner Penne's skillful application of a flu injection, I couldn't be more pleased with the services Life Choices offered.

I went to the Zarzamora location for the first time. The Front office lady with red hair was really rude and disrespectful. But other nurses/employees were nice, friendly and respectful. They are great at the Ingram location.

Honestly best experience ever. From setting up initial appointment over the phone to very end. Very professional front desk, and the kindest of nurses / staff to take care of you. I’ve never experienced such kind service from start to end. Definitely coming back. Nurse practitioner PENNE Jaster is very knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer all questions.
