I loved my appointment! I went for a pregnancy test and they never judged me for anything. They made me feel very welcome. The reception staff greet you with a smile. It's one of the few places where everyone loves what they do and it shows. 🙏🏼🤍

Had to jump through hoops to get questions answered and to inform a supervisor of a major privacy violation that took place at their location on Woodward. While the director has agreed to investigate the privacy violation, she refused to address some major misinformation the staff was sharing back and forth. Very let down in this whole organization and the more people I talk to about their experiences, the more flabbergasted I become.
