Super friendly people. I've come here with two of my baby's. Love that they do a ultrasound to take a peek at baby. Very welcoming.

This place is horrible, trash, rude, all the above, I would NOT recommend anyone to go there. If you want & able to drive to Lufkin, the best place I would recommend is Lufkin's Pregnancy Help Center because they actually HELP you. This place is trash & don't care about anyone. MAY AS WELL CLOSE THE PLACE DOWN! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I DEFINITELY WOULD!

Went with one of my good friends to do her first ultrasound and the ultrasound tech was some older lady and she was very rude right off the bat. She told us to not get excited about something so small when we see the baby in the small sac. It was very disheartening to hear. She needs new training on her attitude. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Would give 0 stars for sure .

This place was absolutely amazing!!! Everyone is really nice and didn't push me to get an abortion or adoption like another review claims. My first appointment was a confirmation appointment, and I just did a pregnancy test to confirm that I was pregnant. The 2nd appointment was an ultrasound and that went amazing. There was a girl in training who did the ultrasound and she did very well!! The two people who were in the room (the one doing the ultrasound who was training, and the lady watching over her) were both very nice and very happy about seeing the baby move around which made me excited - for the life of me I can't remember their names even though the appointment was yesterday. They were also patient when trying to measure the baby because it wasn't in the correct position for a while. At the end they gave me a goody bag with lots of stuff in it for a newborn baby (won't say what was in it because I think it's a nice surprise). Everything was free for me but I do have medicaid insurance. Overall I would highly recommend this place.

I have been debating a long time to write this review or not. I went to heartbeat at the end of 2016 to get proof of pregnancy for insurance. Upon arriving, they stated I needed a parent with me even though I showed them my ID. I was 20 but they thought I was under 18. Also any chance they got, they tried to pressure me into giving my baby up for adoption. I told them several times I was not interested and that I wanted to keep my baby. My fiance was with me but they always waited til he was out of hearing range before badgering me about adoption. I dont know what their deal was. I told them at least 3 times that I was not interested and that I wanted to keep my baby. I will never go back to that place. They were very unprofessional and would not respect my wishes. I guess because I was young and not married, they thought it would be a good idea to try to pressure me into giving my baby up. If I could give them zero stars I would.
