Former donor here, your medical facility but you're pretending to be something you're not. Please don't respond with that. Canned message about " this review is part of a concerted campaign to blah blah blah blah" I feel I've been cheated and my money has gone to deliberately hurt people. I'm not part of a campaign I used to donate to you guys and I was curious how much damage I did looking back, turns out it's a lot worse than I thought. I was pitched this organization is a place that keep options and free medical care for pregnant and did things to make it easier for them to keep the baby, what I was not pitched was a honey trap what I was not pitched however, this is designed to look like a place that offers full reproductive services, it's a trap. It's dishonest and very frustrating Even if I give 10 times as much too real women's reproductive charities, I don't know if I'll get this stain off my conscience

Compass Care is absolutely amazing, my nurse Barb was compassionate, understanding, and very easy to talk to. Even the receptionist was wonderful! Everything is free of charge and you are sincerely cared for and listened to. This is the best place to go to confirm your pregnancy and have your questions answered, seeing our baby and hearing the heartbeat was so surreal i am so happy i had this experience at Compass Care. They do not offer abortions, and for anyone who misunderstood what they do there exactly and wrote a negative review i feel very bad for.
