They made us schedule an ultrasound almost a month out because of how busy they are, fine. Then we get a text saying they canceled our appointment just a few days before? Why? We didn't cancel it. My wife called in, and when asked if we had insurance we said yes, and they say "Oh, Well we prioritize people without insurance, so we had to cancel you". Dude, what? I ask if we should cancel our insurance to make them happy and give us our appointment back and she backpedals quick, trying to give us an appointment another month out because "the holidays we're closed for 2 weeks". Well what are we supposed to do when someone else comes in with no insurance? You gonna cancel us again and make us wait until the 2nd trimester to hear the heartbeat? Are you serious? We thankfully found somewhere else that will take us this week, and they were APPALLED when they heard we were canceled on. This caused unnecessary stress on a woman who needs as LITTLE stress as possible as she carries our unborn child. Unacceptable, unprofessional, flat out unbelievable.

I worked with Nancy, who was patient, kind, loving, considerate, and above all- willing to see me, hear me, and work with me through this new and uncertain time. Choices is a place that I would recommend to any women in need that are trying to find the right next step!
