Kodie Lehman rated 5 a week ago I just started the Community Kitchen program. If you're looking for a second chance and are interested in culinary or warehouse training this would be the place to go! All you have to do is show up. Everyone is so kind, they make you feel welcomed and they truly are there to help you and make sure you don't fail. I will update my review when I actually have spent some time working the program, but I'm so happy to be there and finally am hopeful about my future. They do more then just provide food to you if you need it, they change lives. |
Amy Braquell Guy rated 5 a month ago This place is a good resource when in need for food. However they do not give you more food if you have more than one person in the household. I was told everyone gets the same amount. If you go, prepare to wait for about an hour. The lines are long. |
Erlin Clarke rated 5 2 months ago I volunteered here for 2 hours. It was a very fun and exciting experience for me and a rewarding feeling of giving back to the community. I highly encouraged volunteering for this food bank. |
Christine Lusania rated 5 2 months ago The St Mary's on 31st Avenue and Thomas was Amazing. I will refer them to anybody. They give a lot unlike the church distribution center. The one church gave very little. Not enough to last the week for a family of three. I was very grateful for they're support. Thank you St. Marys! |
Jesus “DrZeus” Pena rated 5 5 months ago This place has quality food and offerings Daily for everyone. The staff at st. Mary's Food Bank is diligent and on point with all their operations. Their work slow is smooth and they'll get you in and out quickly whether you're driving through or walking up. Beware there might be a little much to carry... but looking on the bright side there is no reason for anyone to go hungry. Bring your ID for boxes of food or you'll get like 3 bags if you don't have ID. |
