They were unprofessional and spent more time telling my friend and I about their adopted grandchildren than about my friend's actual options. The bathroom is out of the office and down the hall and my friend had to go all the way down there to pee in order to take the pregnancy test. It was not private at all. It smells like mothballs, not professional. They gave us tons of pamphlets that were really old and outdated. I'm not sure that the information they told us was even true.
