As a first time expecting, soon to be mother, my first experience with this clinic was really good and I felt comfortable enough to want to return again based on the information I was provided on my first visit. I was advised I was at a certain stage of pregnancy and that my follow-up ultrasound would be viable and able to be done, even though I was a bit early on. I was also told the next appointment would take no more than 30-45 mins. My follow-up/second visit was supposed to be for today, at scheduled appointment time of 2:15PM. I get to my appointment @1:45PM and was not called in until 2:32PM. Please explain to me why an establishment would make an appointment for a certain time, only to not honor this time? Making an appointment was a complete waste of time. Furthermore, the same woman who I previously saw (who was supposed to be apart of my ultrasound) also began back-peddling and trying to say I was not actually at the weeks SHE had advised on my first visit. She even wrote it on the back of my useless appointment card and had no words when I questioned her lack of attention to detail or accuracy. Still, both this woman and ultrasound tech chose to put the blame on ME, instead of taking any accountability for their lack of punctuality or relay of information, Consequently, I wasted the time, gas, and excitement of making this ultrasound “appointment” at this unprofessional clinic. PLEASE Do NOT waste your time, gas, or excitement in visiting this establishment. Now I completely understand and agree with the multiple other 1-star reviews below. It is so sad and unfortunate that now, I cannot even truly trust the information I have been going off of for the last 2 weeks. What a complete disappointment.

I called to get information on if this clinic provides abortions. The lady continued to ask questions but never answered mine. So I asked again and then placed me on hold for 15 minutes. During that time I read reviews about what this clinic really is. I highly recommend if you do not provide a certain service simply say it from the start when I ask. Don’t waste anyones time.

I love his wonderful place. These awesome people make you feel so comfortable and not judge about anything. They give so much information. They make you feel so welcome. I recommend this place with highest respect. Thank You So Much For All Of You. 🥰😇💖
