Your Neighbor's House- Food Pantry and Thrift Store

We stopped donating because everything is way over priced and we watched your staff walk out with items that are not paid for. Also your lead in the back gives employees everything dirt cheap but would put it out on the floor and over price it. Some of your staff are hateful and rude. 🔥🔥 And they snitch on each other when they steal items we donate!!!!!! 🔥🔥You need to put a stop to your ladies who are stealing and get rid of them!! It's a shame, we donated a lot and where there every week. Now we don't come at all anymore. Or donate. Seems the place is going down hill. I'm not the only one who thinks this.

People inside the store were rude and condescending. Had an attitude because for our first visit we didn't realize it was cash only, okay no problem, but the cashier had a snotty attitude talking about "well we DONT take cards and there's clearly a sigh on the door" then had the audacity to have attitude when we didn't have any bills smaller than 20 after running to the ATM. If we didn't have our hearts set on a handful of things we wouldn't have went back and were definitely NOT coming back. Drove over 30 minutes to support their food bank and business to be met with the worst attitudes and customer service I've had in a while. Do NOT recommend this business. Find another thrift market anywhere else.

Good people doing good thing's. Although ive heard theres not much call for spark plug sockets, and the clerk caught is just in time as we were leaving to let us know theres not much call for men's billfolds either. PSA i didnt know I needed. Whew, that was a close one....
