Just horrible all around. The cons outweigh the pros tenfold. Something needs to be done because it’s out of control and sad they don’t live to the organization’s goals and promises. “The YWCA of Western Massachusetts is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all.” They literally do the opposite of everything claimed here. This is especially seen from the supervisors and up. There is literally a husband and wife that are both supervisors and have not been honest in their roles. The solution was to put them in different departments in the building. You would think the wife would care but she’s just as bad as her husband. All those people lack compassion and their priority is to maintain their paycheck. Hopefully one day these people are held accountable and can be replaced with people that care and have empathy. Just sad and honestly disappointing.

Couldn’t help but notice how very unfriendly some of the women that work here truly are, given the fact that they are working with abused women. Just goes to show how these agencies hire just about anyone it isn’t about compassion or a point of care it’s all about making the money. As the prior review stated, Shame On You!

Great,wonderful,and amazing. So much respect I Loved the staff there. I was there a few years back so much peace there I enjoyed every minute. Great place.
