I attended WOC for years but Pastor Allen ‘s preaching has drastically changed in the last few years. Pastor Allen is a gifted pastor and it makes me so sad to see how he has drifted away from teaching the Bible. I believe his own ambition has taken control of him, he is more interested in politics than the word of God. I happen to agree with his politics but the church is no place for politics. He is is preaching to republicans and has left no room for anyone else, where he should be preaching to the lost. He should be helping people live their lives for Christ not how they should vote. I will continue to pray that he can see Satan has attacked his ministry, because as is his ministry is useless.

Really shocked by how many so called "Christians" have left bad reviews here, especially regarding "Politics". As Christians, we should influence CULTURE! If you think being a Christian starts and begins in CHURCH, you need to educate yourself, both in the WORD and in American History. Buy a Founders Bible and take the time to find out how our nation was formed because it certainly didn't start in the public square. IT STARTED IN THE PULPIT FOLKS! Wake up! Allen Jackson is doing what few are brave enough to do! Why do you think we have had prayer removed from schools, no longer allowed to teach Bible in school, abortion that is normalized, people who don't know what their gender is, rogue judges with no moral compass? People like those who have left bad reviews here care more about being comfortable than changing the world for CHRIST. You should be uncomfortable. You should be considered CONTROVERSIAL! I do not attend this church only because I don't live in Nashville, BUT I listen to Allen Jackson all the time, and I love his ministry. Before you judge, take the time to actually listen to his podcasts and messages on this subject. How can we change the world for Christ when we are not brave enough to proclaim our faith outside of the church walls? An average of 11% of the 80 or so million Christians actually vote in elections. 90% of LGBT vote in elections. Christ warned us about being "lukewarm"....but we sit in our comfortable places and don't participate in the processes that founded this nation...that our forefathers pledged their lives (and many gave them) and their fortunes for! WAKE UP PEOPLE!

I have never been to the church but not a day goes by without listening to pastor Allen. He comes on at 5:00 a.m. and when I wake up, the very first thing on my mind is pastor Allen's daily sermon. He really knows how to get through to people and is a very good teacher. I love his style of preaching and teaching. I also love that he does messages daily and they are not something that have been recorded 10 years ago. God bless you Allen Jackson, and if I ever get to go to Tennessee I am definitely going to go to the church for a service.
