A year ago i entered wrc leaving an abusive marriage, always scared and in fear. I spent 53 days there in those 53 days i was able to get help to get a restraining order i finally felt safe after 7 years. today i live in a new state with worries behind me and i still check in from time to time to say hi and thank you to staff and management i dont think i would be here today if i didnt reach out and get away. thank you to wrc, J, D & staff

Came here from another state was dropped off at their door step. I didn’t have a great experience but I didn’t have a terrible one either. It’s because of the staff they had in place at that time I’m alive! Imagine being a Jane doe for a while. I was there less than 30 days got my own place. I didn’t stay long in Wisconsin but I utilized all the tools given to me from them. I’m now newly married, new career, and a new homeowner. It’s such a shame to see all the bad reviews on this place because of new staffing. I wish they could have had a better experience. I am a new person because strangers held me down better than my own family. For that I am forever grateful. 2012 I was brought to Wisconsin 2013 I left a better and stronger person.

Horrible Horrible place I was working with hand to hand Supervisor Ashley along with staff very unprofessional, my lawyer asked for reports for court and everything they reported 😢 was a lie not one thing was true!!! They want you to lose your kids.and nothing at all.was positive nothing at all. I would bring breakfast every Saturday and gifts for my children and they didn't even report that , We would play games together have a great day and we were ordered not to see my children anymore!!! Because of their lies. Supervisor even lied to my lawyer. Place should be investigated and sued if u ask me , definitely needs new staff.
