Very friendly and informative staff. I called and was able to donate a lot of my baby clothes and formula. It was easy and quick. I’m so glad I can help others in need. I’ll be back to donate more.

The services they offered me and still offer others are amazing. I can't tell you how many lives this place has helped save, including mine. Unfortunately, I think they should probably change a policy or two, but I realize that rules are rules for a reason and that there always has to be someone who ruins it for everyone... Again, I can't tell you have greatful I am for this place.. but they recently changed their name in 2023 to PREVAIL! from WCYFS. It confused me when one of the representatives that are currently helping me out, had called me and the caller ID came up as PREVAIL! and I asked her what that was and she explained to me that they changed their name at the beginning of 2023.. I can't thank these people or our County enough for everything that they have done for me and my child and for getting me back on my feet. I do not regret using their services one bit. Truly immensely greatful that programs like that exist !! ❤️
