I called to ask if they accepted clothing donations and was told only if they were new clothes.

Spoke to someone for hours who had me understand the impression I could go to the shelter. At the last minute and after all my belongings were packed up. Later said oh we can provide you resources. Thanks. I hope I don’t die tonight.
