Why even have WIC of literally NONE of the branches let you call or schedule appointments. Not a single branch has anyone that picks up the phone including this one. Taylor, Dearborn, Inkster, this branch... None of them answer. I've been trying to get help since I was pregnant with my first one last January. Why even have WIC available if you're going to be like this?!

Called about 30 times but no one picked up the phone.

They are supposed to call after you complete your online education classes... they never do! Then I spent over a month trying to call them, no one ever answers the phone I left 6 voicemails and tried to call multiple times a day. I was automatically scheduled a re certification appointment way after my benefits expired. Which means I am supposed to go a month and a half with nothing at all.
