The only thing I could think is that thus NON PROFIT BUSSINES IS CORRUPTED! THERES TOO MANY THINGS TO POST HERE... I HAD A BROKEN ARM ,FEAR OF LOOSING MY LIFE ... THEY JUST WOULDNT LET ME IN , I THOUGHT IT WAS SOMETHING TO DO JUST WITH , MONTHS WENT BY , I RAN INTO 5 WOMAN THAT HAD BEEN ABUSED ALSO AND THEY NEVER GOT A CHANCE OF HELP,ALL GOT DENIED,THEY HAD BRUISES AND SCARS THAT I SAW ,ITS MORE LIJE

I called you guys earlier this year and explained my situation. Afraid to tell you the full extent I just explained the mental/verbal part of the situation and the girl on the phone laughed and thought maybe I didn't hear it? Needless to say I never came to the appt because of how discouraging that one experience affected me in such a heavy time of my life. Please... do better with who's handling the phone please. It could be the deciding factor for some to whether they receive help or not.

They listened and helped so much when nobody else would. I would highly recommend. Will never forget forgot their kindness. Mahalo mau loa.
