Consider me biased when it comes to this church. What can I say I'm a member! I will reflect on my first visit here, 5 years ago. We were welcomed and greeted by everyone we came in contact with. Our boys have disabilities so we parked in the handicap areas. The handicap areas were in the best spot ever. As soon as you get out of your vehicle you're by one of the main entrances. Standing at the main entrance are four guys opening the doors and welcoming you into the church. Pass those four guys you immediately walk into a cafe, welcome center, and guest areas. It's basically all the area accessible to church members and guests outside of the worship center/sanctuary. It is perfect for gathering with friends, and meeting new people. On our first visit we had several staff members and guests approach us to basically live out the motto of this church. We're here to impact our world for Jesus Christ, are you new how can we help? We knew immediately this would be our church home. That's a story for another day if you can meet me in person. The worship center has plenty of room, as I've mentioned before we have kids with disabilities. Two of them are in wheelchairs. They were more than accommodating, and still are to this day, to ask us if we need any chairs moved so they will be more comfortable. The general seating area is chairs connected together and behind them is stadium seating very similar to a movie theater. When we started attending there were three services. During covid this got bumped back to two, and 9:15 service and a 10:30 service. They also have a wonderful student and kids ministry.

Love my church. Best pastor and assistants. Great friends and Christian family. Have been members 17 plus years. We will be Westwood members for life. Highly recommend if visiting churches and looking for a new church home. You will not be disappointed.

We love our church!! We love our faith family, and our Pastor Kenneth Bruce who teaches truth from The Word of God!! Everybody on staff from the church office, the building and maintenance staff, the children and youth pastors, the preschool ministry, music ministry, are all excellent examples of God's love!! We are very blessed to be a part of our Westwood Baptist Church family!!
