My morality doesn't exactly line up with theirs. They ban people from breakfast if they don't go to church, when they ban people from the property people can't get coffee or eat breakfast which they serve for free. (And it's generally good breakfast except for when the volunteers forget and then there's no breakfast). And you have to work during the day sometime between 10:00 and 2:00 to earn meal tickets or clothing that's the only time that they're able to do it and they're closed on Wednesday and the weekends... I was thinking of Jesus as the Lord of opportunity except for Wednesdays and weekends.

I have battled homelessness for the better part of fifteen years. James, Marsha, and the staff there quite literally saved my life. They loved me the way God does and because of them I've experienced God in a way that I always wanted.

Stayed for over a month. Clean and spacious. Great people running the program doing everything they can to lend a helping hand. Incredible food at times restaurant quality always enough for 2nds.
