The VRC counselors are the best and truly try And help..It's the victims comp in Harris urgent that victimizes you over and over. I previously made this post and misrepresented who I was unhappy with the victim resource center in Wilkes-Barre has been nothing but fabulous and assisting and guiding us

Not helpful at all. I am a crime victim. I have my court papers and they still won't help me. I was waiting for a court date. They told me when i get one, they will offer accompanyment. I got my court date. Then this lady Tammy said, "We're not attorneys." I never said they were. They offred me accompanyment to court, then when i saw this ladyTammy, she lied and said "we don't have enough staff." They totally lied to me. Aylissa acted nice and helpful in the beginning, then hung up on me for no reason. She lied and said the call dropped. If the call dropped, then why didn't she call back? These are not good people. They are only interested in taking cases that will benefit them.

20 yrs ago i reached out to them related to trauma in my life and they where there for me....6 mths of counciling and they got me to a place of forgiveness and peace....let the parade begin..thank you...true blessing
