Just started my intake a week ago and am hoping to heal through my journey. Having gone through C-PTSD prior, it’s been awful if I didn’t get a response back from my email of therapy, counseling, and being met with the defense team I’d be promised for mental health. I wasn’t certain if I could originally speak about the details as it were without the full support the national sexual abuse hotline to get me here. In all seriousness, thank you. Please don’t abandon me though 🥲

A local state representative that I reached out to guided me here. I thought it was going to be helpful. My first and only meeting was disorganized but I still thought helpful. I NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE AGAIN. I reached out a week or so ago by email asking to end whatever I had signed that let them talk to prosecutors in my case and still no response. I am actually quite disappointed by this entire situation. Victims don’t have many resources and for this to be one of the ones championed by a highly respected representative is really disheartening.

My therapist is unbelievable. So far it has been worth all the hard work that I am going through. It is worth the exhaustion, however I come through stronger Everytime. I am so grateful to ALL the staff here. I am appreciative that this exists. Worth every visit that I fight through this emotional recovery.
