They only respond once then never again? 🤨 Isn’t this spouses to be a 24/7 help line for chat text and call? They can at least tell me if they accept walk in patients that’s been through bad trauma and still is going through it… I cry everyday out of fear something bad will happen because I’ve been in the worse car accident you can ever think of- I was a N.D.E. Patient at general and the car accident unalived me from spinal and neck fracture and somehow I’m back here living by the Grace of God!!! I still go through trauma every day worried sick about not making it because I had to get surgery in my neck and now I have to live with screws in my neck for the rest of my life and that part of me gets scared because I feel the movement from the screws in my neck and they are VERY PAINFUL…. Prior to this, I’m also a victim of sexual abuse from a Lyft driver and I i’ve been looking everywhere for help and cannot find it. I also suffer from mental issues as well… However, I’ve explained this to the chat line and they never respond back

My heart goes out to all of you who can’t give VA a five star review. That’s pain on top of pain. Our experience has been wonderful & we thank everyone. You might feel like the first picture, but hopefully someone at VA can help you find stability.

LeAnne Graham and her team do an exceptional job providing great services to families and victims in their time of need. When my friends son list his wife in a tragic collision one phone call to LeAnne and some immediate service and assistance was received and guidance on how to apply for additional assistance. The Victim Assistance Program of Summit County is meeting the needs of victims in an extra special way.
