I visited here today to check out the community resources. It is clear that people working here are very devoted to assisting people so they can face their life challenges and live wonderful lives. The environment is very welcoming, friendly and authentic for both adults and children. I hope anyone who needs assistance with a life challenge will reach out for help from a place like Verity.

I was supposed to have help w pending restraining orders against me. Camille assured me someone would call me the day if and be with me in court. My case is extreme, 200 kids in the area descended to attack me for my rapist. They are using police to harass me with 5150s, death threats and physical attacks and successfully. No one showed. No one called. It’s been 3 days and I’ve wanted to die... they never even called to apologize. THIS IS FAILED ADVOCACY. THIS WILL CAUSE VICTIMS TO COMMIT SUICIDE. BE VERY CLEAR: RAPE IS LEGAL IN SONOMA COUNTY AND VERITY ENSURES IT SO. Update: I’ve been told I will have an advocate by Jan 2. Sadly I’m in court during the holidays. Dealing with more online abuse and community witch hunt; all assisted by several police departments sans shame. What amazes me is how many people ARE aware and there’s simply no one other than the ME to address it? This isn’t constitutional- this is what happens to lepers, scapegoats. I have hope for Our Verity and many questions. One of which is what your website going down planned or as per result of a more urgent matter? I hope we are truly allies and my unique trauma will inspire others to fight like hell against Rape Culture. This needs to be seen. Everyone is playing a role in my being harmed. WHY!!!!??? There is no law that says I need to be kind and polite to injustice. I don’t need to “know someone” to care or get assistance. I am NOT like what I’m seeing in my community and it’s putting me in danger. No one merits this.

I am a survivor of military sexual assault. Verity was able to give me the resources and help that I needed. Being a woman veteran kinda sucks sometimes, but Verity can help us❤️👍🏼🇺🇸
