The worst ever I went there and they said they had 2 beds and when I got there they did not like me so they gave my bed to someone else a whole lot of hate

This shelter really cares and does everything in their power to help people get back on their feet

4th time I went by here to try to get a bed just to be told they have no room. They've got two large lobbies as you walk in, 1 probably about 10X16 feet, the other about 30X50 feet of wide open space but no room for the 5 men who just slept outside last night. If you're homeless and need help in Norfolk, I'd recommend going to VA Beach but tell them your homeless in VA Beach when you get there. If you say you from elsewhere they'll turn you away.
