Ms. Dottie Howard has helped me so much with everything. She went out of her way to find doctors who could work with my unusual schedule and helped schedule appointments for me. She is extremely patient and kind, and she made a stressful process feel easy. Her professionalism and genuine care truly stand out.

Melech is a great receptionist! He took the time to bear with me through the call of starting as a new patient and providing fast, kind, and efficient service. If I need another appointment, I hope Melech will be there again to help me set up. Only 4/5 stars because I have not yet had the appointment.

Check to make sure they actually canceled your appointment. I've had to pay for their mistake twice now 😒 The catch is you can't cancel online or via text, so you have to call them during business hours which is annoying.
