On the morning of my Hearing the woman from Turning Points was supposed to show up to my Final Hearing. I had no lawyer because she dropped me when I ran out of money. She never brought up the abuse because she said the Judge won't care. It was imperative she be there because I had to bring up the abuse myself. She was supposed to have my back. SHE. DID. NOT. SHOW. UP. She did not contact me to give me a reason. When I reached out to find out why... 'my alarm didn't go off'. They were the ones who were supposed to validate my abuse. Along with my useless female lawyer. They were supposed to hear me. I realize now i was begging them to hear me and see me was no really different than my abuser. It was wasted time and just did more damage. The only thing my lawyer was right about. The judge didn't care. Even after my x-abuser committed a Felony to steal my child. Seems neither did Turning Points.
