The place and their services are amazing. They immediately gave me accommodation like food, living place and immediately transportation. I can’t live long time because my daughter was crying to go home. The place is such a nice place for survivors. God bless you all. If I will get any chance in future I will do something for turnaround. I was amazing that how can an organization helps you when you are really need them. What a lovely place they gave me.

If you are looking for help do not call or seek this place. This is suppose to be domestic violence shelter they don’t care about you or your situation . A waste of time ….

Today during a recent phone call, I experienced a major issue with how the business was managed. The woman who answered the phone failed to provide a formal greeting, which created confusion about whether I had reached the correct business, Turn Around. I had to explicitly ask for confirmation because it was as if I were calling a casual friend. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable, and I strongly urge upper management to prioritize training for their employees. Proper communication is essential, especially for those taking the step to reach out for help, which already takes a lot of courage.
