The staff is rude .. unprofessional. Some comments should be kept them to themselves. They are way too comfortable.. Women cant speak up. If so, it's considered talking back. And they are quickly removed from the shelter at anytime. They will remove anyone at anytime of the day. Late at night. It doesn't matter. Great food, showers, resting area, bible studies, Meals throughout the day. There is favoritism. the staff will defend someone who's been there longer. Rather than holding someone accountable for their own actions. The night staff are constantly talking loud. Yet everyone has to sleep through it. Weird men constantly show up to the shelter during lunch time. Asking women to leave with them or stalking women as they leave the shelter. I know no shelter is perfect.. it's uncomfortable here. The rules arent the issue. It's having to be hear at 4 pm. God forbid you have an emergency or something. You lose your bed. I've seen them treat people differently with medical issues. Sad. One last thing, some of the program people are bullies. They treat the homeless differently,yet they are in the program for a reason. Not all homeless people suffer from drug issues. God bless those who over come every addiction battle.

My friend, stayed here for awhile and they worked her to death when the office man told her to do 5 different things and she asked what does he want done first he kicked her out for talking back. Good idea to help but they work you to the bone until you don't do what they want

I actively stay here and if you don't do what staff wants when they want you to do they are rude with you they threatened to throw you out they call you names make snide comments behind people's back say horrible things about them and violate there own rules on a daily. No one who works here is supposed to smoke anything and most of them do but it's not just cigarettes they smoke i know at least 2 that smoke weed on the property. If you are a mom with kids under the age of 7 or have a child with special needs I strongly advise against coming here at all because the kids have to go with you everywhere even if you have an older child who can help you the little one have to be right under your feet if you have to pee in the middle of the night you have to wake them up and take them with you they say they wanna help but they haven't done anything for me or my family and we told them upon arrival that all we needed was help getting our car fixed so we could get back to our home state and i've been given nothing but false promises and harassment from these people except for the CEO who I've only spoken to 2-3 times and Thomas the director is okay a bit on the strict side but makes accommodations where he can.
